- Old Navy - stop into Old Navy and pick up some FREE Valentine's Day card sheets. There's 3 per sheet that you can keep/use. Then there's one for the kids to color and when you return it by Saturday, February 14th, you'll be given a $5 coupon to use at Old Navy on February 14th.
